NATA is expanding its national sales team and recruiting 400 motivated sales representatives.
We are looking for hardworking professionals who can prospect, reach decision-makers, present a valuable service, follow up, and close business. If you want to build a career through consistent production, we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU SELL
NATA’s recruiting and training programs serve automotive dealerships, RV centers, powersports businesses, service centers, and other vehicle-related businesses.
Help customers recruit across their organizations: salespeople, technicians, service advisors, parts personnel, BDC staff, administrative employees, and management.
Our monthly programs are $995, $1,295, and $1,595. We also offer a $2,495 recruiting special covering 90 days with unlimited hires across the entire rooftop.
Monthly subscriptions have no setup fees and no long-term customer contracts. The recruiting special is a separate 90-day program.
YOUR COMMISSIONS
• $125 monthly for each active, paying $995 subscription you sell.
• $165 monthly for each active, paying $1,295 subscription you sell.
• $200 monthly for each active, paying $1,595 subscription you sell.
• $300 for each paid $2,495 recruiting special, including paid renewals.
Monthly residual commissions continue on eligible accounts while they remain active and paid, subject to the commission agreement.
There is no cap on how many accounts you can sell.
CLEAR EARNINGS EXAMPLE
Sell five new $1,595 subscriptions every month for 12 months:
• 60 accounts sold.
• $78,000 in first-year commissions.
• $12,000 in monthly residual commissions at year-end.
This illustration assumes the first payment occurs in the sale month and all accounts remain active and paid. It is not guaranteed earnings, a salary, or a statement of typical results. Actual income depends on sales, program mix, collections, and customer retention. Figures are before taxes and expenses.
THE PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENT
Minimum expectation: five new paid deals per month after onboarding.
We expect consistent prospecting, professional follow-up, accurate CRM records, and ownership of your results.
YOUR MARKET IS OPEN
No exclusive territories. Sell throughout the United States and Canada.
No dealer groups or stores are categorically off limits. Pursue individual locations and multi-location groups, with prospect ownership coordinated through our CRM.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Contact owners, general managers, HR leaders, and department decision-makers.
• Generate opportunities through phone outreach, email, referrals, networking, and social media.
• Create and post approved advertising and content to attract business.
• Conduct remote presentations and follow up until a decision is reached.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer records.
• Coordinate a clean handoff to NATA’s service team.
WHO WE WANT
Dedicated, motivated professionals with strong communication skills, disciplined work habits, and the confidence to ask for the business.
Automotive, dealership-vendor, recruiting, B2B, phone-sales, and social-media selling experience are especially valuable.
You must be comfortable generating your own opportunities, using digital tools, and working remotely with a reliable computer and internet connection.
NATA provides product training, sales coaching, approved marketing materials, and access to designated sales tools.
