Brookshire Hyundai is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to be the key link between our valued customers and our skilled service technicians. • Greet customers and guide them through the service process from drop-off to pick-up

• Listen actively to customer concerns and translate them into clear repair descriptions for technicians

• Provide accurate cost estimates, verify warranties, and explain service options

• Schedule service appointments, manage shop workflow, and ensure on-time delivery

• Review service recommendations and upsell maintenance and repair services when appropriate

• Communicate clearly with customers about service updates, timelines, and pricing

• Maintain detailed service records and process payments

• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty

• Experience in a dealership or independent automotive service environment preferred

• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, service processes, and basic diagnostics

• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment

• Familiarity with DMS/service scheduling software is a plus

• High school diploma required; associate's degree or tech background is a plus
