North Houston Mitsubishi is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and creating a great first impression, we want to hear from you.
As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will play an important role in helping our dealership run smoothly. The right person is comfortable answering a busy phone, assisting customers, and supporting multiple departments throughout the day.
What You’ll Do- Greet customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate team member or department.
- Answer incoming calls professionally, transfer calls, and take accurate messages.
- Assist customers with general questions and provide outstanding service.
- Schedule appointments and help maintain calendars.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to dealership staff.
- Maintain organized files, records, and reports.
- Enter information accurately and proofread documents as needed.
- Help coordinate dealership activities and events.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Dependability and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Previous automotive dealership experience is a plus.
