The Loan Officer will work directly with customers to understand their auto financing or refinancing needs, gather and verify documentation, and guide them through each step of the loan process. Daily responsibilities include evaluating credit profiles, preparing loan applications, coordinating with underwriting, and presenting loan options aligned with company guidelines and customer goals. The role involves providing clear explanations of terms, rates, and conditions, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
