What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilitator, 20 Club Program position at National Association of Home Builders?
We’re expanding our 20 Clubs team at NAHB – and I’m excited to share that we’re hiring a new Facilitator!
Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 Annually
Work Style: Hybrid – 3 days/week in our Washington, D.C. office 2 remote. Extensive travel required (mostly 2–3 day trips, occasionally weekends).
This role is central to what makes the 20 Clubs such an incredible experience for our builders: strong peer connections, high-quality discussions, and a truly meaningful exchange of ideas that help members grow their businesses.
In this role, you will:
• Travel to and facilitate 20 meetings nationwide
• Guide agenda discussions & prepare documentation
• Support club leadership
• Build relationships with members & staff
• Ensure meetings run smoothly and follow program policies
