We have an immediate need for a reliable, outgoing, goal oriented individual interested in a long-term position.
About the Role:
- We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Membership Renewal Representative to join our growing team. In this role you will be engaging with existing Clients to ensure timely renewals of their membership and continued satisfaction with our services.
No Experience Necessary
Additionally, we are currently expanding operations nationally. We expect management opportunities and the need for team leaders to oversee the growing departments.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm M-F; Office located next to Anaheim Stadium (Katella & 57 FWY)
Qualification & Skills:
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- A calm, professional phone presence - even with unhappy clients
- Comfortable handling payment-related conversations with care and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience in sales, retention, and collections preferred
- Reliable, motivated and goal-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact members with declined renewals via phone and email
- Listen actively to concerns, address dissatisfaction professionally, and rebuild trust
- Clearly communicate membership benefits and renewal options
- Verify and update payment details securely
- Document all interactions and outcomes accurately in our system
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly renewal goals
