ABOUT THE ROLE
The Fast Company Design Fellowship is a one-year internship designed to give recent college graduates or master’s degree recipients exposure to all aspects of design across all channels of Fast Company.
The goals of the Fast Company Design Fellowship are to develop the following skills:

What You’ll Be Doing
We believe that designers learn by doing. The design fellowship role is a key contributor to the design team, assisting the Art Director and Associate Art Director in larger projects. Objectives will be achieved through the following tasks:

- Creating icons based on existing systems.
- Rebuilding magazine design assets for online and social.

- Maintaining and refreshing social media design templates.
- Brainstorming concepts for illustration and design.
