The Lied Lodge is looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead the Housekeeping team.
· Full-time, exempt position
· Varied schedule, but mostly daytime hours
· Evenings, weekends, and holidays
***You Have:***
Experience. You have at least three years of housekeeping leadership experience.
Exceptional Service Ability. You are a highly dynamic, fun, and engaged leader who can help us ensure our Team Members and guests both have positive experience.
Top-Notch Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. As well as, problem solving skills and the ability to make decisions.

US Work Authorization. You can have the necessary i9 documentation (if selected) within 3 days of start date.
***You Will:***
Lead. This is a leadership role at the Lodge. You'll help select, train, lead, coach, and support Team Members while reflecting our core values.
Manage the administrative components of day-to-day housekeeping operations.
Collaborate with other Departments by maintaining a professional standard and representation of the Lodge. Departments this role will collaborate with will often include Maintenance and the Front Desk team.
Assist in a Variety of Functions. This ranges from prioritizing training, room inspections, and service recovery, etc.
Be a Team Player. You'll learn & take on roles within the Housekeeping team as needed (Guestroom Attendant, Laundry, etc.)
