We need a Chief Financial Officer to help us drive organizational results through disciplined resource deployment and evaluation of returns. The ideal candidate is a leader of leaders, able to influence outcomes through effectively setting clear expectations and evaluation models. As a member of the Leadership Team, this individual will need to think past their direct line of leadership and more organizationally.
You Have:
- Experience. You’ve been a CFO for a mid to large company.
- Influenced the triple-bottom line. You understand that sustainable and successful organizations care about more than just the profit, and are equipped to also drive social and environmental impact.
- Led others. You lead through inspiring others to be the best version of themselves, leading is your natural skillset and tendency.
- Facilitated the creation of organizational budgets. You’re very comfortable overseeing the strategic direction of the why and how to allocate organizational resources through the budgeting process.
You Will:
- Inspire others. By providing down-line leadership to over 20 people across our Accounting, Business Intelligence and Procurement teams and Executive Leadership throughout the Foundation.
- Own driving results. You will apply business experience to drive decisions that help us optimize our financial and mission impact results.
- Be part of our Executive Team. Our executive team provides leadership through setting organizational vision and strategy, nurturing and enhancing culture, and living out our core values.
- Establish expectations and processes. Bringing discipline to how we set baselines, deploy resources and identify the best opportunities for return.
