The Lied Lodge is looking for a Banquet Captain (supervisor/lead) to join our team!

You Have:

Great customer service skills. You have a positive attitude, love serving others, and ability to ensure a positive conference dining experience for all guests. 

Leadership & Supervisor abilities. Will be expected to supervise banquet servers and bartenders during events. You have food & beverage experience supervising- not required, but preferred.

Great availability, full-time & part-time positions available. Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Good organization skills. Ensure all aspects of the event are running smoothly, and responding to guests’ concerns.

A love for working on your feet. You must have the ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time and frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Must be 21 years old. Have a valid driver’s licenses with a driving record in good standing.

Ability to work in the U.S. You will be able to provide necessary i9 documentation, if selected within 3 days of start date.

Professional appearance. Maintain a professional standard and representation of Lied Lodge.

Assist staff in a variety of functions. Clearing and setting tables, serving food, bartending/serving drinks. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation. Perform setup, breakdown.
