Apartment Maintenance Technician
National Apartment Management – Blaine, MN
We’re looking for a dependable maintenance tech to join our team. This is a full-time position with good pay and steady work.
Responsibilities
- Report to Property Supervisor
- Complete work orders in a timely manner
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance
- Handle basic repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
- Turn units for new residents
- Take part in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours issues
Qualifications
- EPA Certification prefered
- Maintenance experience (apartments preferred)
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Able to work independently and stay organized
- Willing to be on-call as scheduled
