We’re looking for a Porter to join our team at our 336 community!

As our Porter, you’ll help keep the community welcoming, clean, and running smoothly, you’ll be an important part of making sure our residents have a great place to call home!
Duties:
- Keeping breezeways, entrances, common areas, and other community spaces clean and looking their best
- Taking out trash in common areas and keeping the property free of litter and debris
- Keeping an eye out for anything that needs attention
- Outdoor cleanup and helping the grounds team when needed

- Groundskeeping: 1 year (Required)
- Outside Porter: 1 year (Required)
