Role Description

The Associate Underwriter is responsible for supporting the underwriting team in assessing and analyzing commercial insurance applications. This includes the following:

• Risk assessment and analysis
• Underwriting support
• Policy issuance
• Client communication
• Claims & loss analysis
• Market research
• Collaboration
• Policy renewals
• Compliance & regulations
• Reporting & analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related fields
• Demonstrates integrity, optimism, ambition and a strong worth ethic
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and general computer systems
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
