Cargo Charter Specialist

The Charter Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive charter solutions to our clients. This role requires extensive experience in the air charter industry, a deep understanding of the market, and strong relationships with key players in the space. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Essential Functions:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with aircraft operators, clients, and industry partners.

· Provide tailored charter solutions that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.

· Negotiate charter contracts, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal terms for clients.

· Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the charter process, including flight planning, logistics, and ground handling.

· Monitor market trends and stay updated on industry developments to provide informed advice and recommendations.

· Handle client inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information regarding charter options and availability.

· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

· Maintain detailed records of all charter transactions and client interactions.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

· Extensive experience in the air charter industry, with a proven track record of success.

· Strong network of contacts within the aviation and charter sectors.

· Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

· Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications:

· Bachelors Degree in relevant course of study

· 2-4 years of experience in air charter industry

· Demonstrable knowledge of aviation charter best practices

· Advanced experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

· Experience using a CRM system

· Comfortable learning new and emerging technologies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
