Requirements
- Valid Florida Class D Security License
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance and fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access or unsafe behavior
- Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or incidents
- Deter and de-escalate conflicts with professionalism and composure
- Prepare clear and accurate daily reports
- Enforce property rules while maintaining excellent customer service
