Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and property.
- Patrol premises regularly, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect buildings, access points, and equipment.
- Authorize entry, respond quickly to alarms, and investigate any disturbances or suspicious activity.
- Enforce company policies, report irregularities, and handle trespassing incidents professionally.
- Direct traffic and manage access control as needed.
- Prepare clear, accurate, and detailed reports of incidents, observations, and interviews.
- Monitor and oversee building and equipment systems to ensure proper operation.
- Ensure compliance with company, safety, and legal standards to protect assets and reputation.
- Perform preventive maintenance on security equipment and coordinate any necessary repairs.
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (required).
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong computer literacy and report-writing abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must own a smartphone for communication and reporting.
