Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across English- and Spanish-speaking markets to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategic business plans to penetrate new markets and grow the client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Social Media & Brand Marketing: Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage prospects, and generate leads.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry developments, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
- Performance Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline performance, and market activity to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in business development or sales within the security industry.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written is preferred but not required)
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
- Digital Proficiency: Skilled in social media marketing and online lead generation.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of security products, services, and market dynamics.
