Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in both English- and Spanish-speaking markets, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and grow the client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Digital Marketing & Branding: Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage prospects, and generate leads.
- Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
