About the Role
Nation Security is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our security services sector. In this critical role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, nurture long-term client relationships, and lead initiatives that generate measurable revenue growth.

We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented professional with deep knowledge of security services, market trends, and a proven ability to thrive in a competitive environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in both English- and Spanish-speaking markets, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to enter new markets and grow the client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Digital Marketing & Branding: Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, engage prospects, and generate leads.
  • Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market data to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales within the security industry.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
