We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced contact center team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in need of roadside assistance—providing calm, efficient, and solution-focused support when it matters most.

Available Shifts
- Monday – Friday
- 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Remote - South FL)
What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers requesting roadside assistance
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support
- Provide updates through outbound calls and follow-ups as needed
- Coordinate service by connecting customers with appropriate providers
- De-escalate concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Accurately document call details in real time across multiple systems
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics (AHT, quality, attendance, etc.)
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain schedule adherence, including start times, breaks, and system availability
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Strong typing and documentation skills while on live calls
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressure
