Position Summary
Natick Service Council is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our organization. This part-time role is essential to maintaining an efficient, welcoming workplace and ensuring smooth administrative processes across departments.
Schedule: 18 hours per week (Monday- Thursday)- specific hours to be determined
Compensation: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience
Benefits: Paid time off, sick time, paid holidays, SIMPLE IRA (401k)
Please note: Health insurance is not offered for this part-time position.
Office & Data Entry Support
- Help maintain a positive, welcoming, and inclusive office environment for clients, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
- Support office organization, supplies management, and administrative processes.
- Help ensure common areas are organized & professional
- Accurately enter and maintain client, donor, volunteer, and program data in organizational databases.
- Generate routine reports and assist with data tracking as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
Program Support
- Lead the Senior Citizen Holiday gift program (Oct-Dec)
- Provide administrative support as needed to program staff across multiple service areas including the Food Pantry, Front Desk coverage, Harriet’s Closet, Development, Seasonal Programs, and more.
- Assist with special projects and community events as needed
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of office administration or related experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail)
- Experience with databases, CRM systems, or client management software a plus
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to take initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
