Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in planning and executing age-appropriate activities
- Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment conducive to learning and play
- Engage with children through nurturing interactions, fostering social-emotional development and positive behavior management
- Help with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and transitions to promote consistency and comfort for infants and toddlers
