RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Help customers identify other areas of need that we may assist them with.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Able to obtain Illinois Property, Casualty, Life, & Health Licenses
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
