What You'll Do
- Build, manage, and grow a high-performing insurance operation

- Drive new business across Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and Financial Services
- Recruit, train, and lead team members
- Execute growth strategies with support from Farmers' leadership and systems
- Become a trusted advisor within your local community
