What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Plow Skid Operator (On call) position at Nathan’s Outdoor Services?
Nathan’s Outdoor Services is currently accepting applications for our Snow Plow Skid Steer Operator (On-call) position. The primary purpose of this position is to remove snow, using a skid and Kage plow at homeowner associations/townhomes, occasionally some driveways and parking lots with a truck too, depending on where you are needed. Our values and goals for service are high quality, politeness, and promptness. We are a small company, we value you, and would love to have you on our team! We are ideally looking for an operator with minimum of 3 years experience or more, preferably with a Kage snow plow. Machine will most likely be a foot controlled bobcat.
Specifics
- Pay is at $38-43 per hour.
- This is an On-call job, we need you to work whenever it snows.
- We mainly are looking for operators for parking lots and townhomes.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Able to work in the cold and/or snow.
- Willing to be trained in snow removal operations. Flexible on equipment used whether a truck, shovel or snow blower, if Skid is not availbe.
- Follow instructions from Supervisor.
Requirements include, but not limited to:
- Need reliable transportation to and from work.
- Clean driving record.
- Must be able to obtain DOT card.
- 1 year commercial snow plowing experience (preferred) we have positions where no experience is required.
