Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, service-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be committed to patient care, a quick learner, and share our vision of creating positive, lasting relationships with our patients. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Sterilize and prepare instruments and equipment for procedures
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required (X-ray certification is ideal, but not required)
- Maintain and update patient records and documentation
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-procedure care
- Manage the day’s schedule and ensure smooth office operations
- Collaborate with the front office team and other staff to create a positive patient experience
- Support a clean and organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering a welcoming and empathetic atmosphere
Qualifications & Attributes:
- X-ray certification is highly desirable (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude

Experience:
Dental experience is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and are dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM)
