What are the responsibilities and job description for the IPA/Navigator position at Nathan Littauer Hospital?
JOB PURPOSE: The purpose/goal of our program is too educated and assist individuals in a fair, accurate, impartial and linguistically appropriate manor to enroll and recertify individuals online in the New York State of Health Insurance Marketplace.
EDUCATION: Possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: Currently possess or ability to obtain licensure/certification from NYSDOH within two (2) months of transfer or hire. Possess a valid New York State Driver’s License.
KNOWLEDGE: Proficient working in a Microsoft Office environment including Excel. Ability to conduct online research with attention to details.
