What are the responsibilities and job description for the Copy Of Registration Representative position at Nathan Littauer Hospital?
Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to perform all aspects of patient intake. Accurately gather insurance, demographic and diagnostic information for the proper methodology of billing.
Education: Possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Possess one or two year’s college with completion of an approved program in medical terminology.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: None
Experience: Possess one (1) or two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare related field. Must have exceptional public relation skills as well as interpersonal skills.
Preferred: Possess knowledge of third party payors.
