Job Purpose: The purpose of this job is to provide clerical support for Primary/Specialist Care Services. Acts as front line contract with patients both by telephone and in person to provide necessary assistance and handles all communication.
Education: Possess High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Possess one (1) year prior clerical experience in a physician's office or hospital setting.
