What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily office operations, workflow, and customer follow-up.
  
  
• Coach team members on service, sales conversations, organization, and accountability.
  
  
• Track business metrics, discuss progress, and help develop plans to address performance gaps.
  
  
• Contribute to sales growth through needs-based conversations, referrals, and community outreach.
  
  
• Help resolve customer concerns and support consistent, timely service.
  
  
• Work with Nate to communicate priorities and improve agency processes.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and follow agency procedures and applicable requirements.
  
  

What You Bring

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
  
  
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills.
  
  
• Confidence providing feedback and addressing performance concerns professionally.
  
  
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office.

• Prior insurance, business, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
