- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process Payments
- Answer Phones
- Greet Customers - Traffic Controller
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Good computer and writing skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

- Insurance license not required, but willing to obtain
