Primary Responsibilities
- Handles basic troubleshooting, equipment servicing, and preventive maintenance.
- Follows SOPs and performs task-based assignments.
- Expected to troubleshoot issues that are limited in complexity.
- Begin to understand "3 pillars" of laboratory automation troubleshooting (hardware, software, and

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Service Engineering or regulated laboratory settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols meticulously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
