Nate's Saw & Mower is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team!
We are seeking someone with management and retail experience who enjoys working with customers, leading a team, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
Requirements:
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skillsExperience with inventory, merchandising, and sales
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivatedBasic computer skills requiredKnowledge of outdoor power equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily operation of the store
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Support and supervise employeesHelp manage inventory and merchandise displays
- Open and close the store as needed
- Assist customers with product selection and service needs
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store
