What we need:

Natco is seeking a Maintenance and Grounds Assistant to join our Facilities team at our West Warwick, RI corporate headquarters. This full-time, hands-on role supports the upkeep of our buildings and grounds. 

What you’ll do:

• Assist with performing general building and equipment repairs such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and basic mechanical work 


• Perform grounds maintenance, including seasonal and snow removal


• Support daily cleaning and facility upkeep 


• Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and materials 


• Respond to urgent maintenance requests, including occasional last-minute overtime as needed 


• Perform any other duties as directed by the Director of Facilities 

What you’ll have:

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Maintenance and facility experience preferred


• Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical principles is a plus


• Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing over 50 pounds 


• Comfortable working at heights when required 


• Ability to read, write and speak English required 


• Basic math and computer skills required 


• A valid driver’s license in good standing is preferred 


• Willingness to successfully complete a background check, employment verification, and drug screening required
