- Manage the sales pipeline by analyzing customer needs, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups through CRM software.
- Oversee inventory management and control, ensuring that the right vehicles are available for customers while optimizing stock levels.
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while upselling additional products and services.
- Foster a culture of exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards in communication, phone etiquette, and public speaking.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Basic qualifications
