Job Summary
Natasha Denona is currently looking for a Brand Ambassador!
The Natasha Denona Brand Ambassador will serve as a key partner in developing the business by elevating brand awareness and artistry for assigned Sephora locations. A successful candidate is an expert at maintaining visual merchandising displays, organized and able to juggle multiple tasks, driven to maintain optimal stock levels, experienced in exhibiting effective selling techniques, skilled at communicating product knowledge to clients and cast members with accuracy and enthusiasm, and a dynamic facilitator during high level makeup artistry trainings. This is a joint sales and education role. You will be the face of Natasha Denona in your territory. A profound LOVE for the art of makeup is a must.
Responsibilities and Duties
Brand Training in all assigned locations MUST be scheduled and attended quarterly.
Keep track of weekly, monthly and YTD sales actuals and trends to collaborate with direct supervisor on ways to ensure all sales goals are being met
Keep visual merchandising up to date and maintained, reporting any needs with urgency to executives
Deliver Best-in-class education to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.
Must be able to speak with complete knowledge on all products.
Must be able to travel – Evenings and Weekends
Flexibility and dependability are a must
Travel
This position DOES require travel. Brand Ambassadors will need to be local according to territory.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Requirements
- Exceptional makeup artistry skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Effective prioritizing, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with both internal and external customers
- Valid drives license and means of transport to commute to various areas within region
Work Experience
- 2 years experience in makeup artistry
- 2 years experience in brand education
- 2 years experience in retail makeup sales
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27,044.51 - $86,072.33 per year
