- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor agency staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior insurance experience required (5 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty & Life/Health).
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
