We are seeking a hands-on Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Enterprise Business Systems team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our enterprise architecture and digital transformation. You will lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and intelligent systems that empower our go-to-market (GTM), finance, marketing, and operations teams to do their best work. You’ll work across platforms including Salesforce, Workato, 6Sense, Hubspot, Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran, and Sage Intacct, and will be instrumental in driving integration strategy, AI enablement, and architectural best practices for Enterprise Business Systems delivery teams.

Primary Responsibilities
- Enterprise Architecture & Strategy: define and evolve the enterprise architecture roadmap; evaluate technology maturity to recommend new capabilities, processes, platforms, and tools to enhance business agility and scale. Design for results that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and efficiency across the business.
- Architectural Standards: develop and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and reference models across a variety of tools and platforms. Continuously assess and improve enterprise governance, work to reduce bottlenecks, and identify technical debt to improve system performance and maintainability.
- Integrations Architecture: Design and implement robust integration frameworks using tools like Workato, Fivetran, and DBT. Ensure seamless, secure, and scalable data transformation and flow across systems including Salesforce, Snowflake, Sage Intacct, Hubspot, and the Nasuni product. Be a champion for API-first and event-driven architecture principles.
- AI & Agentic Enablement: lead the design and integration of AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents to automate and optimize business processes across our field, support, finance, and marketing organizations. Collaborate with data engineering teams to help operationalize AI/ML models within enterprise workflows.
- Continuous, Secure Delivery: Establish and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing across enterprise systems. Partner with IT operations and security teams to ensure compliance, scalability, and resilience.
- Enablement and Documentation: serve as a change agent, promoting innovation and adoption of emerging technologies across the enterprise. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and technical playbooks to support delivery teams across the organization.
- Periodic travel for planning or offsites may be required, approximately 1-4 times a year.
- Interfacing with platform vendors to maintain an internal perspective on technology advances.
- Participation in IT HBRs, Enterprise Business Systems product QBRs
- Additional responsibilities and tasks may be assigned as needed for strategic initiatives
- 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, systems integration, or enterprise business systems engineering roles..
- Deep expertise in SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Hubspot, Sage Intacct, and with integration tools like Workato.
- Proven experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience integrating intelligent agents or automation into business systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong desire to mentor and enable delivery teams.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or high-tech environment.
- Certifications in Salesforce Architecture, Workato Automation Pro, DBT, or Snowflake.
