Basic Qualifications
Active Top Secret Clearance with SSBI.
Two years of paralegal experience
Two years' experience discovery/ e-discovery
One year of experience performing privilege and other substantive reviews on litigation support projects. Comparable combination of education and experience may be acceptable.
One year of experience reviewing electronic and paper materials for privilege on litigation support projects involving paper documents and electronic files.
One year of experience using an eDiscovery review platform (e.g., Clearwell, Relativity) to accurately identify and redact privileged information.
One year of experience researching and drafting responses to interrogatories.
One year of experience obtaining documents for document collection and production.
One year of experience communicating and driving litigation projects forward with clients and/or attorneys.
