THE ROLE As Project Executive – Residential Sales (Insurance & Retail), you are a full-cycle sales machine: you self-generate, estimate, sell, and oversee production to close $2.5M personal volume at 40% gross profit annually. You hunt storm leads, close insurance claims, and upsell retail remodels — all while protecting margins and limiting callbacks.
WHO YOU ARE
- 3-7 years selling roofing/insurance restoration in hail/wind markets. You've closed $1.5M personally in a single season
- You write, supplement, and win on approved scopes and supplementing work
- Proven ability to upsell full exteriors from a roof claim
- You generate leads through networking, hailtrace, and door knocking efforts
- Fluent in JobNimbus or Acculynx, CompanyCam, EagleView, and xActimate
- Self Starter with a clean record
