- Scenario Building & Case Studies: Design comprehensive business, functional, and technical test scenarios using automation. Example capability: Creating end-to-end automation scenarios for complex workflows (e.g., the complete lifecycle of selling a product like a pen on an e-commerce platform).
- Automation & Accelerator Utilization: Leverage past hands-on experience with industry-standard automation testing tools and accelerators to optimize testing life cycles.
- Manual vs. Automation Balance: Strategically determine the optimal balance between manual and automated testing for each project to ensure maximum coverage, cost-efficiency, and speed to market.

- Proven ability to architect both functional and non-functional automation frameworks.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be highly capable of defending test strategies, explaining AI integrations, and managing stakeholder expectations on calls.
- Delivery Model Experience: Proven track record of successfully executing testing plans in a global delivery model (Onshore/Offshore coordination).
