What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Architect position at Nasscomm?
Role : Network Engineer
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Spring, TX (Hybrid)
- Design, configure, and support enterprise DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and NTP infrastructure using Infoblox DDI solutions.
- Develop architecture standards and design specifications for scalable and secure core network infrastructure environments.
- Manage and troubleshoot Juniper and Arista data center switches, including Juniper QFX 5120 and QFX 5130 series.
- Work extensively in modern data center environments with strong understanding of Leaf-Spine architecture and IP Fabric concepts.
- Implement and support EVPN-VXLAN solutions with knowledge of EVPN Type 2 and Type 5 route coexistence.
- Configure and troubleshoot BGP routing, overlay and underlay networking, port channels, and BFD configurations.
- Support switch upgrades, migrations, hardware/software issue resolution, and network troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve configuration, design, and connectivity issues across enterprise network environments.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and network implementation standards.
- Experience with IPv6 networking and advanced data center technologies is considered an added advantage.
