Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hourJob description:Delivery Driver CDL ASummary: Nassau Provisions is seeking professional, hard-working, experienced CDL A Drivers for local and interstate deliveries.CDL A DRIVERS WANTED!!!Nassau Provisions, Inc., services NY, NJ, MD AND CT.Food Distributor on Long Island is seeking experienced Class A drivers for local and interstate deliveries:Monday to Friday beginning at 4:30 to 6am (depending on route). Drivers make 8-10 stops per day. Class A drivers can earn between $28.00 - $30.00 an hourRequirements and Qualifications
- MUST have Valid Class A driver’s license
- Must pass FMCSA pre-employment background (DOT Clearinghouse/MVR) and pre-employment drug test
- MUST have an up-to-date DOT Medical Card
- 1- 2 years tractor-trailer driving experience preferredSome in-store deliveries when required
- Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations
- Complete pre and post inspections
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. while bending, pushing, pulling on a consistent basis
