RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Commission average $1500-$2K per month
- Bonus based on performance

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
