Nashville Toyota North is looking for a lively Business Development Call Center Rep who wants to take ownership of the customer service world at our auto dealership in a full-time role. DAY-TO-DAY
As a Business Development Call Center Rep, you're the friendly voice that answers all incoming phone calls for our auto dealership service department. You're the go-to person for any customer questions and concerns, and you also connect them to the right employee if you need a hand.
You totally rock this phone job because you're great at scheduling appointments and can easily make 40 appointments happen each day - no biggie. Plus, you're a pro at completing call logs, making at least 50 outbound calls every day, just like a boss!
Your upbeat and positive attitude is contagious as you chat with customers, always with a smile on your face.
