Summary
As a Para Tax Professional (Tax Associate Assistant) at Nashville Tax Solutions, will play a vital role in assisting our tax associates and client service operations. This is a long-term, in-office position within a small, fast-paced tax and compliance firm.
This role is primarily support focused, with growth track potential for candidates who demonstrate strong performance, accountability, and integrity. Tax knowledge is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate who brings strong soft skills, technical comfort, and a positive, professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Support tax associates with case and file management
- Collect, organize, and track client documentation
- Maintain accurate CRM and case records
- Prepare and format letters, forms, and client correspondence
- Manage document routing and e-signatures using DocuSign
- Upload, download, and manage PDF files and records
- Communicate with clients by phone and email in a professional manner
- Assist with scheduling and Outlook communications
- Work across multiple systems and platforms throughout the day
- Protect confidential client data and maintain strict integrity standards
