- Execute the initial production run for each new project.
- Validate that project specifications (vinyl color, weight, labels, jackets, inserts, etc.) align with customer requirements.
- Identify and document any discrepancies, quality concerns, or process adjustments prior to full production.
- Collaborate with production, scheduling, and quality teams to troubleshoot and refine processes.
- Produce and prepare all required production samples.
- Ensure samples meet internal quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage timelines and prioritize sample production in alignment with project and delivery deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of initial runs and production samples, including setup notes, quality observations, and approvals.
- Provide feedback to production planning and leadership to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Track sample requests, fulfillment, and distribution.
- Partner with production planning to understand project requirements and priorities.
- Coordinate with Quality and Production leadership to ensure a smooth transition from initial runs to full production.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for sample-related inquiries.
