The Nashville Film Institute is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and relationship-driven Admissions Recruiter to help grow our student community. If you thrive on meeting new people, building meaningful relationships, and are passionate about film and education, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, admissions, recruiting, or business development who enjoys connecting with prospective students and representing an exciting creative institution.

• Recruit prospective students through phone calls, emails, campus visits, and in-person meetings and tours.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high schools, guidance counselors, career centers, and community organizations.
• Represent NFI at college fairs, career fairs, high school visits, community events, and open houses.
• Conduct presentations about NFI's programs and career opportunities in the film industry.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed enrollment goals through proactive outreach and relationship building.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to support recruitment initiatives.

• Experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Naturally outgoing and comfortable speaking to individuals and large groups.
• Proven ability to build relationships and achieve enrollment or sales goals.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and digital communication tools.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for education, storytelling, and the film industry.
• Willingness to travel locally for school visits and recruitment events.
