BUSINESS ANALYST I
The primary purpose of this position is to assist in the design in the implementation of new applications, software modules and functional enhancements to existing software. Assist in performing tasks including, business requirements gathering, documenting specifications and test scripts, testing activities, tracking and resolving issues, providing activity updates, and documenting changes to business workflows and processes.
May work off-hours and during weekends.
Position requires:
· Associate degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Processing, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting from an accredited institution.
· One (1) year of experience in business operations and the technology and applications used to support them in one or more of the following: financial information systems, human resource information systems, customer information and billing, customer self-service, automated meter reading, meter data management, work and asset management, interactive voice response systems, Internet/Intranet, Geographic Information Systems, and mobile field computing.
· Must have a valid Class D driver’s license from state of residence in accordance with state law.
Current minimum rate of pay is $36.12 to maximum rate of pay of $51.03 per hour.
