What are the responsibilities and job description for the Room Attendant position at NASHVILLE DOWNTOWN HOTEL LLC?
Responsible for guest room cleanliness & sanitation
Essential Job Functions:

- Responsible for the cleanliness of assigned number of rooms on a daily basis
- Cleans and sanitizes guest bathrooms of assigned rooms
- Changes linens and makes beds
- Detailed and general cleanliness (sanitation) of entire guest room, to include dusting, vacuuming
- Sweeps and mops bathroom floor. Sanitation of bathtub/shower, sink area, toilet. Replenish amenities and towels
- Checks under mattress and under bed for dust, forgotten items, etc
- Cleans mirrors; Disinfects doorknobs, remote, telephone
- Makes sure all rooms have a “Do not disturb” sign; compendium and/or guestroom collateral are replenished and in good condition
- Sprays air freshener in room
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- The employee may be expected to work in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description
