Nashville ClearBra is the fastest-growing XPEL-certified automotive protection shop in the Southeast, two years in a row, serving high-end vehicle owners and dealership clients from our Brentwood, Tennessee location. We specialize in Paint Protection Film, Window Tint, Ceramic Coating, and custom color change wraps.
We are looking for a polished, organized, and dependable front office person to help keep daily operations running smoothly while creating a strong first impression for clients, dealership partners, and the team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communicates well, takes pride in details, and is comfortable stepping in where needed to help keep things on track.
This is not a quiet desk-only role. It is a hands-on position that supports the front office, customer experience, scheduling, follow-up, day-to-day shop coordination with our technicians, and overall company growth.
What you will do
- Help coordinate daily shop and office operations
- Manage schedules, calendars, and job flow accuracy
- Answer phones, emails, and assist clients professionally
- Support customer follow-up, light sales coordination, and upselling
- Maintain office and shop supply inventory
- Help keep systems, checklists, and procedures organized and improved
- Support internal communication and dealership relationships
- Assist with quality control and final vehicle readiness
- Help support company growth through client follow-up, dealership relationship support, social media assistance, and occasional event participation when needed
- Take initiative in helping showcase completed vehicles, client deliveries, shop activity, and company culture

- Previous front office, administrative, customer service, social media, or automotive-related experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
